We started Tactical Mosquito Control in 2016 with a simple goal: make Texas backyards comfortable again. As a family ‑ and veteran ‑ owned small business, we focus on reliability, clear communication, and results you can feel every time you step outside.

Tyson Robertson

Owner/President

In 1990, I began my Pest Control career after serving the US Navy for 4 years. I traveled all around the world and sharpened my skills on killing mosquitoes. I have extensive experience in providing the best programs and services to keep my clients from being eaten alive by mosquitoes. I returned from a 5-year stint in Iraq in 2010 were I served as a Vector Controller Supervisor; not only am I a Navy Veteran, I also served my country as a DOD Civilian.

I recently resigned as the General Manager of Texas Mosquito Control in Dallas Texas after 5 years with that organization. While with Texas Mosquito Control I was awarded the Technician of the Year by the Texas Pest Control Association in 2012. I was the first recipient of this award. The association has never given an award like this to anyone in the industry.

I am a family man, happily married to my High School sweetheart for over 32 years. We raised three sons, two of which served and one is still serving in the USCG. I was born and raised in Texas and I’m very proud of our state and our community. I am active in our local church and contribute to charities and organizations. My desire is to provide service excellence to every customer. With over 25 years of experience in the Pest Control Industry, I know that I can help with any mosquito problem. Our family looks forward to serving you in the mosquito battle.

Ryan Robertson

General Manager

I separated from the military in early 2016 after 7 years of dedicated service in the U.S. Coast Guard. My time in the military taught me to work hard for what I want and to not give up easily. I spent some of my time doing Search and Rescue where I learned how to remain calm during high stress situations, make a plan, and then execute that plan. The rest I spent doing procurement where I spent my days organizing supplies for stations across almost 30 states.

I graduated from Dallas Baptist University in 2020 with an MBA in Marketing. One of my strengths is technology and I will use that to remain up-to-date on everything mosquito so you don't have to! As General Manager of Tactical, my goals are quality service; constant education; communication, and diligence.

I am also happily married with 4 beautiful children. I have over 10 years of experience in Mosquito Control now and my top priority is getting results for our clients. I'm not satisfied until you're living in a mosquito free environment.
